We are an industrial manufacturer specializing exclusively in reciprocating piston CO₂ compressors and process gas compression systems. Founded in 1951 and operating from our advanced facility in Russia, we have spent more than seven decades engineering compression solutions for the world's most demanding process applications.

From carbon capture and EOR injection to food-grade CO₂ liquefaction and LNG plant feedgas compression, our machines operate in oil fields, chemical plants, and food factories globally. Every compressor we build conforms to API 618 and ISO standards, backed by a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015.

1951.

Established as an Industrial Compressor Manufacturer

Our company was established, consolidating the engineering expertise of experienced machinery technicians and mechanical manufacturing capabilities. From the outset, our focus was on reliable industrial compressors.

1960s.

Entering the Process Gas Compression Market

We began supplying nitrogen-hydrogen process compressors to the fertilizer industry at scale, marking our formal entry into the process gas sector and establishing our foundation in handling hazardous streams.

1978.

Pioneering Oil-Free Lubrication Technology

We were entrusted to develop the first oil-free lubrication series of gas compressors domestically. This capability became foundational to our modern food-grade and pharmaceutical CO₂ compressor lines.

1980s.

National Quality Recognition

Multiple compressor models received national quality awards, including the National Silver Quality Medal — a highest-level institutional recognition of our manufacturing precision and product reliability.

2000s.

Modernization and Capacity Expansion

Following a successful corporate restructuring, the decade saw a full factory relocation to a new 92,000 m² facility and the introduction of German-developed MW-series technology into mass production.

2012.

Delivering the Largest Single-Unit CO₂ Compressor

We supplied three units of the 4MW-147/29 CO₂ compressor for oil field applications, breaking displacement records. We were simultaneously commissioned to draft the national standard for CO₂ compressor design.

2019+.

Global Standards for High-End Markets

We integrated advanced methodologies, aligning our full product range with API 618 standards. In 2022, we established a dedicated engineering center to accelerate development for global markets.

Every compressor we build utilizes a heavy-duty reciprocating piston design, engineered strictly to API 618 standards, and is manufactured entirely in-house from foundry casting to final assembly and rigorous workshop testing.

Our fully integrated facility gives us absolute control over quality, delivery schedules, and custom configurations without reliance on external subcontractors.

Our manufacturing facility spans 92,000 m² and houses the complete production chain for reciprocating process compressors under one roof. From pattern-making and foundry casting through precision CNC machining, heat treatment, pressure vessel fabrication, to final assembly and testing — every major manufacturing step is performed in-house.

Buffer tanks, separators, and heat exchangers that form the compressor package are fabricated in our dedicated workshop to stringent Class I and II standards.

Every unit undergoes a full-load Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) monitoring thermodynamics and vibration, ensuring it meets contractual performance prior to shipping.
